Quick and dirty experiments….
Setup:
1) Raspberry 3 running Mate Desktop
2) Elad FDM-S2 connected DIRECTLY to the Raspberry 3
3) Gqrx running on the Raspberry 3
4) Elad_sdr running on the Raspberry (sourcecode available soon, wanna wait the utility will be 100{e1a238fab989de23b14d19e4fdeb4165b4321246c727baf36f38cd35100b16ba} error free!!!)
The raspberry takes i/q data from the fdm-s2 (with elad_sdr) and put the data to a fifo (/tmp/fifo), then gqrx manages that data and decode ๐
Quick and dirty videos…
In the videos i’m connected with my pc using vnc to the raspberry (on one monitor) and on another monitor you can see the real connection to the raspberry (it’s the monitor on the right side).
